During this workshop you will learn how to cook a variety of hearty and delicious plant based dishes over the fire. Bente Grysbaek will create the menu in the week leading up to the workshop.
All vegetables are bought from Eltham farmers market, coming from local farms around Yarra Valley and King Lake. The majority of the produce will be organic.
